Frank Shattuck has been active in real estate, hotel-casino resorts and business development for emerging companies.

Today he serves as a Director of EntreTec companies: Uniworld, Inc., International Congress of Business Professionals and U.S. Cash; as a Director of an oil sand company: and as an advisor to a food distribution company in Peru, an equity capital company, a Trust company and an art collectable company.

Shattuck is a partner with his wife and daughter in Shattuck Enterprises, LLC. which provides services to businesses, such as business development, marketing, public relations, government relations, crisis communications and strategic planning. Clients include a $400 million contractor, the largest architectural firm in Nevada and Uniworld, Inc.

Shattuck experienced unique activities in the resort industry. He oversaw contracts for the addition of over 3,000 hotel rooms and agreements for major entertainers and special sporting, television and other events; design and implementation of major casino television surveillance systems; and amending local, state and national industry gaming and tax laws and regulations.

He co-developed multi-family units, a shopping center, office buildings and an office park.

He consulted on master planned communities, an equestrian park, marketing of law firms, and political strategy, campaigns and contributions.

His public service included Administrative Assistant to the Governor of Nevada, Deputy Attorney General and Assistant City Attorney.

Community service included participation in the initial design of McCarran International Airport, the starting of United States Customs service at McCarran and the formation of the Foreign Trade Zone for the State of Nevada.

Shattuck earned an AB in Economics and a Juris Doctorate.

He served on professional organizations including, Executive Committee and Secretary, Nevada Development Authority; Executive Committee and Chairman, Legal Committee, Nevada Resort Association; and Chairman, Aviation Committee, Las Vegas Chamber of Commerce. Shattuck was also very active in community organizations, such as: Chairman, United Way and serving on the Board of Directors for Multiple Sclerosis, Nevada Council on Economic Education, Nevada Export Council, Nevada Arts Council, and Boy Scouts of America.

Honors include: Who's Who in American Colleges and Universities, Who's Who in American Lawyers, Honorary Consul to Finland, Nevada Ambassador, Dean’s Scholarship and Law Review.

Shattuck is married with a son in construction maintenance, daughter as partner in Shattuck Enterprises and a daughter in medical research for her Doctorate degree.
