U.S. CASH PAYROLL SYSTEM OVERVIEW

We have the ability to custom design a payroll system that will allow for present needs and allow for the future growth of any company. The system we design will meet your requirements of local and/or a national payroll and will help to control the cost of payroll production and payment distribution in two (2) very important ways:

1. Cost for the service will be on a per item basis so that you can accurately project cost as you grow.
2. Utilization of our services will allow you to handle substantial growth without the need for additional employees. (Cost of Labor is the greatest portion of any budget and its reduction can greatly enhance profits.)

ELEMENTS OF THE SYSTEM

1. PayOnline or PayConnection Software.
Using state-of-the-art technologies we will provide you a secure, totally flexible solution for payroll processing that can be completely automated. We can develop a full interface with your time keeping systems and can electronically merge the data into our system to facilitate payroll production and payment distributions.

2. Employee Self Service
Employee self-service allows the employee to go on the Internet and with a password access just his or her own payroll information. They are allowed to change certain items that the employer allows. They can print their check stub or stubs and their W2. They can even create preprinted W2's ready for their signature. This is the final piece to the truly paperless payroll.

3. Stored Value Debit Card
The combination of our payroll system and our debit card allow us to offer you a 100% paperless payroll system. Through our system we can direct deposit to either checking, savings or debit card account (the debit card accounts may be used for either national or international payments), thus eliminating paper checks altogether and the costs associated with their distribution.

4. Total Tax
Through our TotalTax system we guarantee compliance on all payroll tax issues. We will handle your deposit requirements and file all of the appropriate returns. We can file in every state in the US, the District of Columbia and several of the US territories. We have the capabilities of handling your projected growth.

We will be able to represent you to all state, local, and Federal-taxing authorities in any manner including payroll audits. We anticipate filing Power-of-Attorney forms for each state as well as the Internal Revenue Service to facilitate this.

5. HR and Compliance Issues
Our HR software is a fully integrated system that allows you to meet your company's HR requirements on a continual basis. Starting with the interview compliance checklist through the exit interview, the system can full automate your HR demands.

6. Back Office Processing
Utilization of our system will allow you to eliminate the accounting staff that would be required to reconcile bank statements and track uncashed checks (we will also handle the compliance issues that arise because of these checks).

7. Custom Designed Reports
We have the capacity to develop reports to your specification that will allow you to have access to data that will allow you to effectively manage your company.

8. Employee Tax Credit Processing Service
Our processing center allows participating companies to gain valuable Federal & State Tax Credits for employing and or training certain types of employees.
