REGULATIONS
  1. Treat all members, sponsors, advertisers, supporters and ICOBP’s staff with professional dignity and respect at all times.

  2. When involving yourself with ICOBP members, sponsors, advertisers, affiliates, supporters and ICOBP’s staff, you must be committed to consistent character qualities of fairness, honesty, proper ethical standards and credibility in all business and event activities.

  3. At all ICOBP events, group functions, when wearing your ICOBP pin representative of ICOBP or when representing ICOBP, only business professional and business casual attire may be worn. With exception when accepted in writing is permitted for a special occasion or cause.

  4. As a member of ICOBP you pledge to uphold your membership with positive attitude and agree to work direct with management on issues you disagree with to challenge assumptions, overcome objections and create successful solutions without displaying negative viewpoints to others. To enhance the membership you own positive attitude is the key to success and that will intentionally create environments that reflect enthusiasm, optimism and stimulate great teamwork and networking which is critical to all.


CODE OF CONDUCT
When representing ICOBP as a member wearing your ICOBP identity pin or attending any ICOBP events, functions, meetings, conventions or in contacting or working with other members, sponsors, advertisers, affiliates and employees of ICOBP:
  • Intoxication of alcohol or a controlled substance is strictly prohibited

  • Sexual harassment is strictly prohibited

  • Offensive language and derogatory remarks of cultures, creeds and physical being is strictly prohibited

  • Introduction to any business or material that is unlawful is strictly prohibited

  • Disbursement of offensive and/or sexually explicit material is strictly prohibited


Any member that violates the rules, regulations and/or code of conduct may be subject to disciplinary action dependent upon the severity of the offense. Disciplinary action could include but no be limited to: penalty, fine, revoking of membership without refund or any other legal action that management and board of directors may agree to pursue.
