DOUG J TROON, FIPENZ, FIEAust, Reg. Eng. is a Professional Engineer with more than 25 years experience in the design and development of infrastructure projects. He has worked on projects in New Zealand, Australia, and South East Asia and is currently setting up Joint Venture companies for infrastructure projects in China and India. He also has specific experience in Change Management for outsourcing the service delivery of performance based infrastructure maintenance and operational contracts for Territorial Authorities.
Doug has been a Director of the Duffill Watts Group of Companies for the past 20 years and more recently for several public and privately owned water, wastewater and electricity companies. Duffill Watts was established in 1947 as an Engineering Consultancy and currently services markets requiring expertise in civil, structural, ports and harbors, and transportation engineering; resource and environmental planning; biotechnology and waste (liquid and solid) treatment.
