How did ICOBP identify its five distinct services?

ICOBP has exhausted millions and spent the last five years performing research analysis, surveys and feasibility studies directly from members of many business associations and membership groups from around the world trying to identify critical areas of need in business expansion into the international marketplace.

ICOBP experienced an overwhelming correlation of near identical survey responses as to the expressed desires and needs for global business expansion.

How did ICOBP obtain so many influential contacts globally?

Over the past 10 years, Uniworld, Inc., parent company of ICOBP has networked around the globe and obtained over 300 dedicated supporters and advisory board members, influential business people in their profession or industry and within their own country.

Many of these advisory board members had existing relationships with governmental leaders in which we were able to capitalize on that person’s contacts and pre-developed relationships.

To enhance the governmental influence, Uniworld was able to capitalize on an unusual opportunity that was actually created by one of the most devastating disasters in American history, September 11.

The Finance Ministers from many countries around the globe gather annually to share ideas and concerns and to work together to ensure a stable global economy. The Ambassadors to the U.S from over 105 countries meet annually as well, to discuss, share ideas and work together in an attempt to solve pertinent global issues.

Until September 11, those meetings had always been held in New York. With a need of having a new location for their meetings, Uniworld had the opportunity to host the Ambassadors to the U.S. meeting twice, and the Finance Ministers meeting once, in a luxury resort in Las Vegas, Nevada.

During each of these meetings, Uniworld was allowed to make a one-hour presentation of the project to the attendees. The most effective presentation, however, was the dinner hosted by Uniworld where its team was allowed to mingle with the individuals developing strong relationships and gaining support through ongoing communication that has benefited Uniworld’s objectives and projects, as is the case of the ICOBP project.

What government agency leaders will be able to attend ICOBP conferences and events representing their country?

Although ICOBP would like to see representation from almost every governmental department or agency leadership at federal, local and city levels like governors and mayors whom their economy is now dependent upon globalization, for these early stages we focused on the two most important to ICOBP’s beginning conference, trade authority representative, an ambassador or business attaché.

How does ICOBP plan on addressing countries that are reluctant to award visas for members to attend U.S. events?

ICOBP will never attempt to recruit members from or work with governments that are not accepted in the international community or have sanctions or government restraints placed upon them.

Although, in the long term we hope we can make a positive difference in all countries of the world, we’ll begin our membership drive with the 105 most acceptable countries.

What countries will be allowed representation at ICOBP events?

All countries compliant with international laws and allowed to participate legally by NATO and the U.S. government are welcome and encouraged to attend.

Will members and sponsors be involved in the First International Congress and future events?

ICOBP encourages involvement and strongly believes in partnership and teamwork. Member’s voices will be heard to address future requests and needs for continuous improvement and enhancement to its membership benefit program.

What do I get when I become a member of ICOBP?

Is ICOBP conducting its membership drive as a multilevel marketing operation?

The answer is no. ICOBP is a professional service provider organization. All of its sales and marketing are conducted through advertising, Internet marketing and Independent Sales Organizations (ISO Companies) with contracted rights to sell services on a commission structure.

In outsourcing sales to ISOs, ICOBP places strict rules and regulations to prevent any appearance of multilevel marketing. With ICOBP being an international organization and the fact that many countries make MLM illegal, ICOBP will not allow any type of pyramid or MLM structure to be utilized.

Has this type of operation been attempted before?

Similair models have been introduced, but not like ICOBP's total structure. For example, the National Association of Realtors (NAR) is the national umbrella for all local board of realtor associations (now going internationally) and provides the government relations, lobbying efforts and educational programs for the national group while the local association community supports its members.

Nowhere we have found in our research processes a single organization that supports all industries and professions like ICOBP.
